DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes!! I love to travel, especially if it's for a wedding! Destination pricing starts at $3500 (photo only) or $6500 (photo & video), all travel fees included. Please inquire on my contact form for a more exact estimate!

Yes!! If it were my own wedding, I would choose filmy & nostalgic for engagements/bridals and clean & classic for my wedding day.

CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STYLE FOR MY ENGAGEMENTS/BRIDALS AND MY WEDDING DAY?

I shoot with dual SD cards so they're backed up in my camera while shooting, and then immediately upload the RAW photos to an external hard drive & my lightroom catalog at the end of our shoot. I do not delete the photos from the original SD cards until after the final gallery has been delivered.

HOW DO YOU BACK UP YOUR PHOTOS?

Yes!
I require a 40% retainer fee to secure the date on my schedule at the time of booking, which will go towards the total cost.
The remaining 60% is due on the date of service.

do you require a deposit?

Typically my turnaround time for weddings is 30 days, and all other sessions 3 weeks. I always send sneak peeks within 2 business days of our shoot, though!
Rush turnaround is available as an add on to any package.

Yes!! 
I offer all returning clients 10% off any future sessions you schedule with me.
I also send amazon gift cards if you refer someone who books with me!

do you ever offer discounts?

The amount of weddings I take on will vary per year depending on my demand and what other projects I am currently working on.
Currently, I am taking on about 20 weddings per year, so I can focus on making them the best experience for my clients possible! It is best to reach out sooner than later, to make sure I have availability on your date!

How many weddings do you take per year?

I got my first "real" camera when I was 13, and have been shooting at least part time since then! (That's over a decade!). I have been shooting weddings and portraits part time more seriously for about 5 years, and am currently in my second year as a full time photographer!

how long have you been a photographer?

I am based near Salt Lake City, Utah! And yes I love it when couples travel to beautiful Utah for our sessions! You can even make a longer weekend/vacation out of your experience - Utah is genuinely one of the most beautiful places ever and I have so many recommendations! where are you based out of? do couples ever travel to you for shoots?

I don't like to put a numerical limit on the images I deliver, as I don't believe in limiting the moments captured by some arbitrary number, or requiring you to pay extra for more images. Rather, I promise you that you will come away with MORE than plenty of images from your session, never feeling like I withheld or missed anything!

how many images are included in your galleries?

No I do not! I believe that editing is half the magic, and trust that if you feel drawn to booking me as a photographer, you will love the images we are able to create together! I can, however, edit your images in both styles (clean and classic, filmy and cinematic) for an additional fee.

do you give out raw/unedited photos?

I do not do any body modifications in my editing process, aside from editing out blemishes, bruises, etc. or anything that is not typically there. I believe that all bodies are beautiful and there is so much empowerment in capturing images as we are! That being said, if you have certain areas of your body or angles you are wanting me to be aware of, please discuss with me before the shoot and I will pose and direct you accordingly:)

can you photoshop us?

Per our contract, your 40% deposit is legally nonrefundable if you need to cancel your event for any reason. If you are needing to reschedule your event to a date that I still have available, you will not need to pay an additional deposit, however I cannot guarantee that I will be available on your new date, in which case your deposit is legally nonrefundable.

what if we need to cancel/reschedule our wedding?

Come hell or high water, I promise you that I will do my very best to be there for your wedding, short of a true emergency. If something does happen, I will discuss finding a replacement photographer to shoot for me in person while still editing the photos, to retain the style you booked me for. I am a reasonable person and we can discuss to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.

Great question! I have an outfit guide that I will send you upon booking! I am also more than happy to consult with you before our session to help you determine if what you have picked out will photograph well!

what do we wear for our photos?

Weather is a force of its own and contributes to the story of your day. Where possible, I love to shoot with what mother nature has provided, unless in case of extreme weather or fear of safety of our selves/gear, in which case we will absolutely find a time to reschedule.

As soon as you can! I cannot save your event on my schedule until your retainer fee is paid and contract signed, so please reach out as early as you can (even before your engagement - I'll keep your secret!!)
